The juice was settled over night prior to inoculation with a cultured yeast and cold fermented to enhance the aroma and flavour profile of the wine Maturation: The wine was matured for 2 months on itÂ’s gross lees in stainless steel tanks and then stabilized using only bentonite and a light filtration prior to bottling. Tasting note: Rose gold in colour with aromas of raspberry, strawberry, watermelon, cotton candy and citrus. The palate is crisp and bursting with flavours of summer fruits, finishing with a distinctive, savoury minerality. CHEERS!

No one cares about the varietal that is used to make Rosé, it’s all about the colour. After travelling to varies markets around the world we believe this is that colour. Committed to not making a light colour water with plenty of acidity(a proxy for freshness), we have used the free run juice from Pinotage. Often the first red grape in the cellar it has plenty of structure and fruit up front. The Pink Camo label is a combination of both feminine and masculine values.
